Post-Baccalaureate DNP Program Program Description The Doctor of Nursing Practice prepares students to become nurse practitioners and nurse anesthetists and offers six specialties. Presently, admission to the DNP requires a master’s degree. The proposed program will create a second pathway to the degree for baccalaureate-level nurses.
